We also work across the North East and remotely UK-wide, with weekly video calls.
What we build
- Custom software: job planners, client portals, internal tools and integrations shaped around how you actually operate. You own the code, the data and the accounts from day one.
- AI agents, which we call AI employees: agents that learn your processes, plug into the tools you already pay for and finish manual jobs end to end, with you setting how much they do on their own.

- Durham Lifting (County Durham): a job and certification system that saves £42,000 a year and helped a department grow 30% in twelve months.
- Plastic Processing (Gateshead): about three hours a day of hand-built paperwork removed; kick-off 17 June 2026, live 4 August 2026.
- Antlia Services: a bespoke calendar display system for a service business.
How a project runs
A free 20-minute scoping call, then a written fixed-price quote with the scope, deliverables and timeline. A discovery week to map your processes, then two to four weeks of build with a working demo every week, then launch, handover and training. Most projects ship in two to six weeks. For local clients we come to your premises for kick-off and the milestones that matter.
